ABOUT THE CHEF
Hailed originally from Auckland, New Zealand, Mark is professional Chef with over 25 years experience. In 1999, as a qualified Chef, Mark travelled to London seeking adventure and opportunity to experience worldly cuisine. Having worked through the ranks of some of London’s established restaurant groups such as ORSO, Joe Allen and Conran, he headed, developed and opened new concept restaurants, the likes of Joe’s Southern Kitchen Convent Garden, Big Easy Canary Wharf, Temper Soho and No.60 Balans.
Liv-In Chef was born out of lockdown, during which ideas were created from his private kitchen. What started out as a food-sharing concept with the local community soon developed into a thriving Supperclub. Our aim was to provide an alternative home dinning experience that of quality restaurant food offering a weekly changing menu. The menus reflect the many years experience of professional cooking combined with the love of travelling, live fire BBQ’s and street food cuisine
Liv-In Chef has since expanded to cater for bespoke private dining events, catering services including BBQ catering, party platters for any occasion and supplying local businesses. We are currently operating from Glebe FC Chislehurst as their in-house caterers. We are looking forward to bringing our worldly food experience together with some London vibe to the local area.
